Financial transactions

Our school will transition to the new NSW public schools' finance system and a new bank account on 5 September 2016. For a short period of time we will be unable to undertake financial transactions at the school. Below are the 'exclusion dates'

 
1. EFTPOS Payments: We will not be able to accept EFTPOS payments between Monday 29th August and Monday 5th September. From 6th September, EFTPOS payments will be accepted as before.
 
2. Cash and cheque payments: Between Wednesday 31st August and Monday 5th September, we will not be able to accept payments by cash or cheque. From 6th September,  cash and cheque payments will be accepted as before.  
 
3. Online payments: Between Saturday 27th August and Sunday 4th September, we will not be able to accept online payments. From 5th September, online payments will be accepted as before.
 
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we transfer to our new finance system.
